At ITH, we understand the challenges that primary care teams face to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in an environment that is rapidly changing. And we believe that success of any team begins with individual caregivers who have the training and resources to maximize their own potential and contribution to the team.
Our vision is to help primary care teams create a culture of engagement where all caregivers—from the front desk staff to primary care providers—are empowered to work effectively together.
Founded by Deborah Williams, ITH is made up of experienced industry leaders who have worked successfully with individual caregivers and teams for more than 20 years to help improve communication, productivity, processes, and leadership skills.
