Navigating the Three D's in Meetings (Disengaged, Dominating & Disruptive) Part 1

I can still remember one of the first meetings I facilitated in healthcare over fifteen years ago.  I was nervous as a facilitator and intimidated by the senior level leaders and physicians in the room.  To make it worse, I was being graded as part of my completing my first of many certifications in healthcare.  Although it may not have been the smoothest of meetings, I stood up there, used facilitation tools and even managed to engage the group.
