Welcome to this three part introduction to Lean. This series will provide you with a basic understanding of Lean concepts and tools you can use. Lean 101 will provide you an overview of Lean and the 8 types of waste. Lean 102 will shape how you view the customer experience in regards to value and efficiency. Lean 103 will give you tools to develop efficient processes in your work. Each module will have the required material, format and length of the module. You can move in and out of each module at your pace, however we do recommend following the step-by-step guidelines
